Return and Refund Policy

  • Customer Satisfaction: If, within 7 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will endeavor to repair or replace the item. Should we be unable to do so within a reasonable timeframe, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price.
  • Custom-Made Orders: Please note that custom-made orders are crafted to your specific requirements. As such, these orders are final and not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of faults or incorrect order fulfillment.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: In the event you receive a faulty item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. We commit to rectifying any such issues promptly.
  • Standard Guarantees: Exclusive Leather Creations provides standard guarantees on our products. No additional guarantees, warranties, or representations are made regarding the goods beyond what is stated in our standard terms.
  • Irrevocable Orders: Once a deposit is paid, orders are considered final and irrevocable. If, under exceptional circumstances, we agree to refund a pre or post-delivery payment not related to product quality or lead times, a 10% handling charge based on the purchase price will be applied. Please note that services applied are not refundable.
  • Proof of Purchase: The responsibility for proof of return and proof of purchase rests with the customer at all times.
