- Frame: We provide a lifetime guarantee on the frame of our couches. This guarantee covers any defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring the longevity and durability of the frame.
- Foam, Stitching and Webbing: A 2-year guarantee is offered on the foam, stitching, and webbing of our couches. This covers any issues arising from normal use that are due to defects in materials or workmanship.
Guarantee on All Other Furniture (Excluding Accessories)
Workmanship and Material Defects: We offer a 1-year guarantee on all other furniture pieces against poor workmanship and/or material defects. This guarantee assures that the products you receive are free from any defects in their construction and materials.
Terms and Conditions
- These guarantees are valid from the date of purchase and apply under conditions of normal household use.
- The guarantees do not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or wear and tear from normal aging.
- For any service under these guarantees, proof of purchase with the original receipt is required.
- Repairs or replacements under these guarantees do not extend the original guarantee period.
